Test Asgard Runner / test (push) Successful in 23s
Details 
Test workflow to verify act_runner on asgard is operational.

Validates:
- Runner picks up jobs
- Docker container execution
- Go/Rust toolchains available
- System resources (CPU, memory, disk)
